You can now control Loyalty Point Redemption by restricting it to specific item categories using the Points Encash Inclusion option available in the main menu. Add the categories that are eligible for loyalty point redemption so that customers can redeem points only for items belonging to those categories. If a category is no longer required, you can easily remove it from the list, ensuring that loyalty point redemption is available only for the selected categories.
