A new setting has been introduced in Zia Quote to control the creation of Sales Returns through a draft workflow.
When the "Zia Quote Disable Sales Return" option is enabled, users will not be able to directly create a Sales Return from the Zia Quote application. Instead, the return request can be kept in a draft state until the returned items are physically received, inspected, and verified by the store.
This feature is particularly useful for businesses that require a verification process before accepting returns. Once the returned items have been reviewed and approved, the Sales Return can be created and processed accordingly.
