The existing Category Exclusion feature has been renamed to Point Category Exclusion to provide better clarity on its purpose. This feature is used to exclude reward points for specific categories or items. When a category or item is configured under Point Category Exclusion, customers will not earn reward points for purchases involving those categories or items.
