Generally, businesses create e-Invoices/e-Way Bills directly on the government portal by logging in with their regular username and password.
If they want to generate them directly through Zeev, the following steps are required:
Create an API username and password on the government portal (refer to the prerequisites).
Update the API credentials in Zeev under:
Tenant Settings → Accounts (as marked in the screenshot).
For Step 1, the business’s government portal username and password will be required. An OTP will also be sent to the registered mobile number of the party, which will be needed to complete the API registration process.
