The Zia Delivery App is designed to help you review and accept customer delivery orders quickly and easily. Let’s walk through how it works step by step:
🔑 Access Requirements
To use the app, you must have access to the “app” role.
🚪 Login Steps
Download the app from the Play Store.
Open the app.
Login using your mobile number and OTP.
Select the store you want to manage.
📦 Order Management
Orders are displayed under different statuses so you can track them easily:
New Orders
Packing
Billing
Delivery
Issues
New orders can be seen in the Zeev Orders Menu
🆕 New Orders
The latest customer orders appear here.
When you open an order, you can either:
Accept the order → it moves to the Packing stage.
Skip the order → it stays unprocessed.
The order type is also displayed for clarity.
⚠️ Issues Section
Customer issues or messages are listed separately under Issues.
From here, you can:
View the related order.
Mark the issue as resolved.
📂 Archived Orders
The Archived Orders section contains:
Delivered orders.
Cancelled orders.
✨ Additional Features
Stock Override → Manually change stock availability if needed.
Time Slot Management → Enable or disable delivery slot bookings.
🧾 Billing & Delivery Flow
Once a customer places an order, it also appears on the billing screen under Delivery Orders.
The order can be billed directly through the POS after linking the customer.
While billing, make sure to select the Zeev Order option on the screen.
The order can be linked as follows:
After packing and billing, enter the bill number and bill amount in the details section, then click Billing Done.
Finally, assign the order to the delivery executive.
