Rules to be set on customer tags

Rules can now be set based on customer tags to target specific groups of customers. Users can assign a tag to selected customers either from the consumer list or within individual consumer details, and then create rules that apply only to those tagged customers. This makes it easier to offer specific discounts, schemes, or promotions to a defined set of customers without affecting others.

For example, if there are multiple consumers, you can go into the consumer details and add the required tag to a specific consumer.

Once the tag is assigned, you can navigate to the rules section and create an offer that applies only to consumers with that particular tag when selected linked customer . This ensures that the offer is targeted and limited to the selected group of customers.
