1.Add Edit Entitlement

To edit a sales receipt, the user must first have the Edit Entitlement enabled in their role.

  • Ensure the appropriate permission is assigned to the user’s role.

  • Without this entitlement, the edit option will not be visible.

2. Edit from Sales Receipt Details

Once the entitlement is enabled:

  • Open the Sales Receipt Detail page.

  • You will see an Edit option.

  • Click Edit to be redirected to the POS screen.

3. Make Changes

On the POS screen, you can modify details such as:

  • Customer or partner linked

  • Items in the receipt

  • Other relevant fields

After making the necessary changes, save the receipt.

This option must be used with care and only restriceted users should be given as edit could change the sales figures.
