A new permission has been added under User List → Manage Roles. When you select a specific user and click Edit Permission, you can now control access to the Bulk Payout feature (under Finance). This permission can be granted based on the person’s authority level. Admins can enable it only for authorized users to ensure better control and security over bulk payout deletions.
