To encash points in POS counter, you need to mention the conversion value as shown below in Tenant Settings/ General tab
Once it is set, if a customer linked has points available, you will see the below option while creating the sales receipt. In the below case, if it is ticked, he will get a reduction of Rs.10 in his amount.
