Customer voucher can be deleted to add points back

Customer vouchers can be deleted if they are no longer required by the customer.

When a voucher is deleted, the value of that voucher is credited back to the customer in the form of loyalty points. To perform this action, navigate to Customer Details → Vouchers, select the voucher that needs to be removed, and delete it. Once deleted, the corresponding amount is automatically added back to the customer’s points balance.
