Service bills are created for expenses such as maintenance, consultancy, or other services. Once these are approved, later can found that some corrections are required. In such cases, approvals can be canceled. This action is performed from the Service Bill screen by opening a particular bill as shown below.
Entitlement for Cancel Service bill Approval is required for this option to show up.
