Sales Receipts can be deleted- based on entitlement

Only authorized users will have access to delete sales receipts, maintaining proper control and accountability.

This delete option is controlled through role-based entitlement

Go to User List and click on Manage Roles. From the list on the left side, select the role (for example, Store Manager or any authorized role) that should have permission to delete sales receipts. After selecting the role, click on Edit Permissions on the right side of the screen. Navigate to the Sales section, open Sales Receipt, and enable the Delete Sales Receipts option. Once this permission is saved, users assigned to that role will be able to delete sales receipts.
