Settlement history will be shown

In the Sales Receipt screen, when you open a particular bill, you can view the complete payment history related to that bill. If no payment has been made, hovering over the Payable Amount will show the amount as outstanding. If payments have been recorded, you can click on the amount to open the Settlement History window.

The Settlement History screen displays details such as the date and time of payment, the amount paid, who settled it, and the reference number. This allows you to clearly track how and when the bill was paid, directly from the Sales Receipt.
