Tagged items work based on the POS settings configuration. To enable this feature, go to POS > Settings and add the required tags under Show items in POS with these tags. For example, you can add a tag like bakery.
After adding the tags in POS settings, items with the selected tags will be displayed when using the tagged item filter on the POS screen. You can assign tags to an item from item detail .
On the POS billing screen, click the tag icon. Items will be grouped and shown according to their assigned tags (such as bakery, own item, cool, scheme item, etc.).
This helps staff quickly filter and see items which they may need to ask the customer in case are interested in buying them.
