If you have got a new thermal printer for your counter, first ensure the printer is shown in the printer list and windows test print is working. Then click on settings in Zeev's POS page and select the printer. You are good to go!
Step 1: Type Printers in the start
Step 2: Ensure it is not shown as offline
Step 3: Click on test print and ensure it is printing
Step 4: Select the printer in settings of POS screen
