The data displayed is based on the tenant time zone set for your tenant and not based on your system time. Tenant Settings.
Closing Time
Daily Reports and other reports will consider the closing time to aggregate daily data. Example:- If your store runs till 2 am and you would like to see the sales of 15th Nov as from 15th Nov 4:am to 16th 4:00am, this has to set as 4:00 am
