The Vendor module in Zeev allows you to create both GST-registered and non-GST partners with automatic data fetching and customized B2B pricing.

Key Features:

  • For GST Partners: Enter GST number and the system automatically fetches details

  • For Non-GST Partners: Enter phone number for quick setup

B2B Pricing: Set Wholesale, Special, or Default (selling price) which auto-applies in transactions

Additional Settings: Enable discounts after tax, set opening balance, and credit limit

Access Control:

Vendor creation depends on user permissions. Permissions can be managed in the Manage Roles option in the User List section and also in Settings in POS. Only authorized users can create vendors based on role configurations.
