  1. How can I check my points?
    Download the Zeev App and log in using the mobile number registered at the supermarket. Your available points will appear on the home screen.

  2. Where can I download the Zeev App?
    The Zeev App is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  3. What can I do with my points?
    Each store lists a range of free items. Tap Redeem Points in the app to view and claim items using your points.

  4. How do I get free items?
    Choose an item for which you have enough points. A digital voucher will be generated in the app. Show this voucher along with your mobile number at the store counter to collect your item.

  5. What if the item I redeemed is not available in the shop?
    If a redeemed item is unavailable, go to My Vouchers in the app, select the voucher, and tap Cancel Voucher.

  6. Will I lose my points if I cancel a voucher?
    No. Once you cancel a voucher, the points will be credited back to your Zeev wallet.

  7. Do points expire?
    Yes. Each point has an expiry date, visible in the app. Make sure to redeem your points before they expire.

  8. What happens if I redeem an item but the shop charges cash?
    If your redeemed item appears in the bill as a cash item, it may be due to an inventory update at the store. Please report such issues directly to the shop.

  9. What is Zeev Pass?
    Zeev Pass is a monthly subscription that provides access to exclusive discounts and voucher benefits.

  10. Can I use discounts without Zeev Pass?
    No. Zeev Pass is required to enjoy all available discounts and voucher benefits.

  11. Do I need to buy Zeev Pass every month?
    You only need Zeev Pass for the months when you wish to use vouchers or coupons.

  12. Can I use vouchers without my phone?
    No. A barcode is required at checkout, which you can find in the My Account section of the app. Show or share this barcode at the store counter.

  13. How often are new offers available on Zeev?
    New offers are added every week. You can redeem vouchers depending on your available points.

  14. Is there a limit to voucher usage?
    No. You can redeem as many vouchers as your points allow.

  15. Why should I use the Zeev App?
