Customer Complaints - Why no points for me?

If a customer comes to you saying I don't have any points, ask him to open Zeev app on his phone and

1. Click on The blue button

2. Click on the Point History to see the points he earned and expired.

Points expire on the 5th of every month. Points collected on a particular will expire after n months. n is set in the tenant settings.
