  1. I need to update item stock of multiple items at one go. How do I go about it?

    There are 2 options.

    1. Enter stock of each item in Zia Stock Update mobile app and go to Stock Update menu and action all of them at one go .

    2. Bulk Update Stock from the Item menu

  2. I sell lollipops as a single pc and also as a box.

    1 pc is for Rs.10.

    1 box has 12 pcs. 1box is for Rs 100.

    How do I go about this?

    Item Setup

    MRP is Rs.10, Selling Price is Rs.10 and set the slab for 10 as Rs. 8.33 (ie 100/12)

    Purchase

    Create GRN in the smallest unit . That if for a single pc lollipop. Say you purchased 10 boxes of lollipops. While creating GRN, mention the qty as 120.

    POS

    if the customer has taken

    -3 pcs , enter 3 in qty and amount will Rs.30(10*3)

    -3 boxes, enter the qty as 26 (3*12) and amount will be Rs.216.58 (8.33*26)
