a. To start Voucher Program at your store, please contact support using the chat option on the bottom right of your screen.
b. Once the Voucher Program is on, vouchers will be allocated to the customers, which they can see on the Zeev app.
c. A voucher can be used only if its activated.
d. Points can be redeemed for free items using the app by creating a voucher on the Zeev app.
e. Vouchers from the Campaigns set by the store (Weekly/Monthly/Custom) will be seen on the Zeev app.
f. Customer will see vouchers from the store, manufacturers, zeev and the ones they created using points all in the Voucher tab of Zeev app.
g. Monthly Zeev Pass is applicable to avail any voucher benefits. Customers can take the Zeev Pass either on the app or at the POS while billing a voucher applicable item.
h. Click on Vouchers on the POS screen / Show all Voucher items which shown at the right panel once a customer is linked, to view all the items/vouchers he has.
