The following article explains what the POS staff needs to know when the customer comes to the counter to claim their personalized offers.

The customer gets three types of voucher in Zeev.

  1. Offers from store/Zeev that can be directly claimed. These are activated vouchers for example "50% off on Milma Milk".

  2. Offers from Store/Zeev that can be activated only when the user makes purchases for specific amount or collect specific number of points over the duration. For example, "Purchase for 799 rs this week and collect 1 kg onion free"

  3. Vouchers that he/she can create using the points collected over purchases. These points can be converted into grocery vouchers and items redeemed for free at store.
